Suuratul Al-Imraan, Verses 190-191.
190. Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding.
191. Those who remember Allah (always, and in prayers) standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying): “Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners). Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire.
Suuratul Al-Imraan Verse 49
“And will make him [‘Iesa (Jesus)] a Messenger to the Children of Israel (saying): “I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, that I design for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by Allah’s Leave; and I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I bring the dead to life by Allah’s Leave. And I inform you of what you eat, and what you store in your houses. Surely, therein is a sign for you, if you believe.”
Indeed, all praise and thanks are due to Allaah. We praise Him; seek His help and His forgiveness. We seek protection from Him from the evils of our own souls and from our bad deeds. Whomever Allaah guides, no one can misguide him, and whomever He ends astray, there is no other guide for him. I testify that nothing has any right to be worshipped except Allaah alone, having no partner, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger-may the peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him, his family, companions and those who follow them in goodness until the Day of Judgment. To proceed:
Assalaam alaykum wa rahmatullaah wa barakatuuh.
The first theme I’ll be reflecting on for the month of September 2011 will be “Aayaatullaah” – the beautiful and numerous signs of Allaah which He reminds us of in His Book. I think this will be an appropriate starting theme as this blog is named after it.
There are lots of signs of Allaah’s Oneness and Majesty abiding in and around us which He regularly reminds us of in numerous places in His book. These signs are there for us to recognize, believe in and magnify our Lord, exalted is He.
I pray that His signs serve as an Hujjah (evidence) for us on the day when will be gathered before Him, Aamin.
Welcome to AnAayahAtATime.wordpress.com where I plan on

"And those who disbelieve say: "Why is not the Qur'an revealed
to him all at once?" Thus (it is sent down in parts), that We
may strengthen your heart thereby. And We have revealed it
to you gradually, in stages." (Q25:32)
